After a long ice hockey career and finishing his university studies Linus made the move to Marbella in the beginning of 2021 to pursue a career within real estate. He mainly focuses on properties in the Marbella area but has extensive knowledge of Costa Del Sol. Currently he is splitting his time between Stockholm and Marbella and acts as a point of contact for our clients in Sweden

Rachel Levitt-Sadraoui

Rachel moved to Marbella from the UK in 1999 together with her brother and parents. She was only 5 years old at the time so she has practically grown up on the coast. She went to Aloha College and later Kings College. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she looks after the day- to-day running of the operations and coordinating our listings. Her attention to detail, combined with her knowledge of the area, ensures that each listing receives the best possible attention. Rachel is extremely service-minded and ambitious, making her a great asset for Maiti Homes.

In her spare time she enjoys taking her dog for a stroll along the beach and she is a cake baking enthusiast so the Maiti team are spoiled with office treats.

Lillebror

Lillebror is a 2 years old miniature sausage dog from Granada, Spain. He started in the real estate business very young and has already seen more properties than most dogs. Apart from making everyone feel welcome in the office, he is a well-known face the most exclusive open houses and real estate events. He hates being cold or going out in the rain, so Marbella is the perfect spot for him. When not working, you can find him sun bathing or chasing birds.

The Maiti Homes multicultural team is led by Marianne Steneholm who is a native of Sweden with a degree in Economics, Property Valuation & Real Estate. Marianne applies Swedish real estate ethics to the company. She is a Certified Real Estate Agent.

Our Commitment to Giving Back

Maiti is a beautiful word from the Nepali language meaning “A woman’s childhood home”. The word evokes loving memories and a feeling of comfort. Maiti is a concept that many Nepali women carry close to their hearts.

One key differentiator of Maiti Homes from other agencies, is the importance the company places on giving back. A large part of all fee’s charged by Maiti Homes are donated directly to Maiti Nepal– a charity organization dedicated to stopping human trafficking. This initiative, which is close to the CEO’s heart, promotes helping those less fortunate by giving them a proper education and safe shelters  after being rescued.
